Le Jeu du Roi/Reine© est un outil de développement personnel qui se vit en groupe. Il s’adresse à toute personne en quête de mieux se connaître, de faire grandir sa capacité à être leader, pour soi et pour le monde, professionnellement et personnellement. De méditations en constellations, le JDRR vous permet d’intégrer les différentes facettes de qui vous êtes, pour une présence naturelle, alliant puissance et simplicité. C’est une expérience qui se vit en groupe. L’autre est alors un miroir qui me permet de révéler des potentiels qui dorment en moi…
Dans un context intra-entreprise, le JDRR peut enrichir un accompagnement existant de vos leaders.

Sabine est formatrice accrédité JDRR (www.jeuduroireine.fr), formée auprès du fondateur de l’approche, Dominique Vincent. Elle fait partie du collectif JDRR, une association constituée de Leaders dans des champs variés, de Coachs, de Thérapeutes, de Formateurs, ainsi que de Sympathisants, rassemblés autour de la volonté commune d’explorer de nouveaux chemins concernant le leadership et de nouvelles formes d’organisation plus humaines et plus efficaces.

LEADING YOURSELF AND OTHERS: THE KING'S & QUEEN'S PLAY

The King's and Queen's Play (KQP) is a deep and transformative leadership tool, developed in France by the therapist Dominique Vincent. Sabine is an officially accredited trainer (www.jeuduroirein.fr) and offers leadership seminars to groups within and outside a company context.
The KQP is a psychodramatic staged process, that captures the participant’s strengths and weaknesses, as they assume a role of responsibility within a group. It allows them to improve their ability to cope with situations arising in the workplace as well as in their daily life, and to better manage their inner state of being. The King’s/Queen’s Play shows again and again how much our inner world is constantly shaping the outer. It teaches how our outer reality is the reflection of our inner world and conversely, and how we can change ourselves and organizations using this mirror effect. It relies on the understanding of the archetypal structure of individuals and organizations. The dynamic of individuals and groups are similar in essence.

This role play uses the archetypes of King/Queen, Companion-Builder, Warrior, Sage, Artist and Unknown. The archetypes are embodied by the group members on the council of a fictitious kingdom. The fundamental archetype is the human body itself with all his potentialities hidden in it. A “royal” personality is someone who is truly present and anchored in his body and, most of all, in his heart. Participation in this ‘Play’ makes it obvious that what happens in a group, depends to a large extent on the inner world of its leader. What constantly traps a leader in his effectiveness, are his underlying conditionings, beliefs and scenarios that he has not yet recognized as such and thus enacts them unconsciously.
